ElementalCMS is still in refactoring stage - fixed php5 bugs. And soon will be published.

ElementalCMS - is free open source CMS, unser BSD license, with multilanguage, utf8, support. Object-orienter architecture, no pear and other external packages. Small core and modules - news, banners, subscribe, users etc.
